MAP sensor broke, new sensor now and everything works fine except my Blue & Me.. sigh... but i read that this be a simple disconnect battery and reconnect issue, only thing is that the bluespark connects to MAP so concerned about that, threads ive read elsewhere also mention my issue with TMC boxes.

could be the extra pressure in the manifold.

Strange it seems one of my mounts is sealed shut, as i put extensive force trying to lift it and nothing.

You would think theyd make sure the mounts were good quality, especially on something thats going to be removed multiple times!

I hope you get it sorted :)

I know it's a bit late. Buttttt I broke mine also for it being stuck what I did was leave the engine cover off and glue one of the stalks with araldite glue. (Super strong stuff) leave it for a good few hours, then when I put it back on a greased the mounts so it slides off and on easy.

WARNING!!! Not sure whether it will happen to you, but the felt on the top of the bonnet burnt when I ran the car with no engine cover. (Just a warning, keep an eye on it if you take it off and use the car)

Thanks,
Chris

I have greased mine from day one to prevent any issues regarding removal.
