Bedford is good for newbies as there's lots of run off areas and it's flat.

Snetterton as another possibility.

The novice days are good for those not done any before, but they all now appeared to be sessioned which is not so good.  I reckon if we get one of the MSVT Road Car Days when dates are released as everyone can then attend, and there won't be any mad race cars there which is intimidating for the new trackdayers.  For anyone doing their first trackday, I 110% recommend booking a 20 minute instructor session for 25 or whatever price it is.  It will be invaluable.

Just booked in on 7 March at brands hatch on the novice day.  Also paid up for some instruction. Should help with the notorious paddock hill bend. Any fellow owners up for this?

Hi fletch its from msv trackdays.  149.00 for the day. Early 8.00 am start ! Wondering if it's worth getting trackday insurance. Not looked into that yet.  Probably a false economy not to. Will be good to get more of an abarth presence there!

I'm going to book this month !! see you there !! can't wait

never done a track day so i dont know about insurance, your right it probe is a false economy tbh and I'm thinking of brands and i can imagine its only the indy circuit which does have some nice run offs.

i dont expect a smash up on my own its just other people I worry about.

Great see you there. It's a novice day, so hopefully not too many manic caterhams cutting up the rest of the noobys.

Any more to make this a bigger scorpion bash?
