Title: Whats the differencs?
Post by: buckwits on December 01, 2017, 09:53:10 PM
OK what's the difference between a T Jet and a Multi Air engine? Just traded a 595 comp for a 124 spider and the performance couldn't be more different. The 595 feels more  urgent and faster despite being slightly slower in a drag race. Surely there cant be that much difference in the same 1.4 engine?

I own a tjet and they are different yea. I am led to believe the multijet isnt as tuneable at the moment but once its got a few thousand miles it does open up abit.

Not the same engine; only in cc. And not the same weight or set-up in car either.  Enjoy the 124 for what it is - and it is a brilliant car - and, Iíd suggest, donít think of  as a lower, longer 595 😉  merry Christmas
