General Chat / Fitting PZero Nero to a Abarth should be a crime
« on: May 10, 2018, 08:43:43 PM »
It's been said by many before but the PZero's are just not a good fit for the Abarth. Changed out my PZero for Eagle F1 A2s and the difference is staggering, I knew the PZero's were bad but you just don't realise just how bad till you drive the car with decent rubber.

Honestly feels like a suspension upgrade, the level of grip on the F1's is fantastic.

Just a reminder to shop around, with the club discount I had a quote from AF for above 800 pa. The guy on the phone almost sounded surprised that my quote from Privilege was 500 with protected no claims.

Abarth 500, 595 & 695 / Michelin Pilot Sport 3 or 4?
« on: October 27, 2017, 03:07:36 PM »
Looking to replace the 4 Nero's on my XSR and can't pick. Anyone have anything to throw in on these two?

The PS4 isn't a direct replacement for the PS3 and while I can find plenty of thumbs up for the PS3 on the 595 I can't find much on the PS4.

Abarth 500, 595 & 695 / Series 4 main lights, not that impressive?
« on: October 06, 2017, 09:49:51 AM »
Hi all, having moved from the last gen 595 (without xenon) to a series 4 695 Ive been a little underwhelmed with the main lights on dip.

They are misting up (not a major problem as it seems to clear with the lights on) but over all they seem pretty awful lights and Id expected more.

Has anyone else noticed this, or is there possibly something wrong with mine?
